You're In! 🎉

Welcome to Find Your Village Week!

You just did something brave.

I know clicking that button wasn't easy. You're probably feeling:

  • Excited but nervous
  • Hopeful but scared it won't be "your thing"
  • Wondering if you'll actually follow through

That's all normal. Everyone feels that way.

But here's what I want you to know.

The second you walk in to your first class, you're going to look around and see other moms who look exactly like you.

Tired. Real. Trying their best.

And you're going to think: "Oh. These are my people."

We'll see you soon. ❤️

"What if I don't fit in?"

You will. I promise. Everyone feels like the "outsider" until they show up and realize everyone else felt the same way.

"What if I can't keep up?"

You don't have to. We have options for everything. No judgment, ever.

"What if my kid has a meltdown?"

Then they have a meltdown. We've got toys, patience, and we've been there. Nobody's judging.

"What if I change my mind?"

You can. No commitment. No guilt. But I really hope you don't — because I think you're going to love it here.

Your village is waiting. We'll see you January 12. ❤️

What Moms Are Saying

"I joined Fit4Mom Columbus North just before the pandemic hit in 2020. Such a scary time to not only be a mom of young babies, but I was also pregnant at the time But Fit4Mom was something that I didn’t know that I needed in my life. Postpartum depression really hit me hard with my 2nd baby. These classes and this group of women made it worth it to get out of bed and come to class. It has helped me through my low-lows but also celebrated with me on my high-highs. If you are even slightly interested in coming to class, just come and try it out. I was so scared&intimidated to come to my first class back in 2019, but the instructor and other mamas were so nice and helpful! And now I’m still here." - Hillary, now a mom of 4

"Looking for a community during your journey into motherhood? Look no further! I’ve been apart of this village for over 5 years and it’s made a huge difference in my experience of motherhood. I’ve been able to maintain my identity as more than a mom and keep exercising, despite the challenges parenthood throws at you. I love the people I’ve met and value being able to come as I am to events I can look forward to. The basis of this village is build on membership to the fitness classes but there are opportunities for engagement at all ages, stages, and economic levels of motherhood with play dates, book club, 'mom’s night out,' classes for a variety of fitness levels, an online 'advice without judgment' community and more. Hope to see you there!" -Kate, mom of 2

"Supportive environment, love that most of the in person classes are in parks, there are virtual options, really reasonable price, and half of the workouts you can bring your baby so don't have to get childcare." -Michelle, mom of 2
