We’ll set up a fun, age-appropriate obstacle course filled with different activities for kids to navigate at their own pace. Whether your little one is an obstacle-course pro or trying it all for the first time, there will be plenty of opportunities for little bodies to move and little minds to problem-solve!

While the kiddos take on the course, moms can cheer them on, join in the fun, and connect with other moms in our FIT4MOM village. This playgroup is all about movement, exploration, and community—no competition or perfect course times required.

Let’s get creative with the great outdoors! Join FIT4MOM for a fun and imaginative Nature Faces Playgroup, where little ones will use leaves, flowers, sticks, rocks, grass, and other nature treasures to create silly, colorful faces.

We’ll collect safe, natural materials and then use our finds to design unique faces. Will you make a happy face with a leafy hairstyle? A silly face with a stick mustache? Or maybe a whole family of nature friends? The possibilities are endless!

This activity is a fun way for kids to slow down, explore their surroundings, and use their creativity while developing fine-motor skills and practicing observation. Moms can join in too, making it a wonderful opportunity to create together and connect with our FIT4MOM community. 💕

Join us for a special FIT4MOM playgroup where we'll create an adorable Fish Hands Keepsake to treasure for years to come! Using your little one's handprints, we'll transform them into colorful fish in a fun ocean-themed craft that's perfect for remembering just how little they once were.

Get ready for a kid-sized version of Stroller Strides 360! Little ones will bring their favorite doll stroller, shopping cart, wagon, push toy, or anything else they can safely push and join us for their very own Mini Strides 360 adventure.

We’ll move, play, push, and explore together with fun, age-appropriate activities inspired by the workout the mamas just completed. After our mini workout, we’ll cool down with lots of bubbles and bubble-filled play! 🫧

It’s the perfect way for little ones to burn some energy, get moving, practice coordination, and have fun alongside their FIT4MOM friends.

Join FIT4MOM for Pumpkin Boat Sensory Play, where little ones will explore, create, and discover through hands-on sensory fun.

Children will have the opportunity to scoop, pour, splash, and experiment with floating mini pumpkin "boats" while learning about buoyancy, cause and effect, and imaginative play. Sensory activities like this help support fine motor development, language skills, creativity, and problem-solving—all while having tons of fun! As always, it's also a wonderful opportunity for moms to connect, build friendships, and enjoy a fun morning together.

Water-friendly clothes are encouraged, and don't forget a towel—we're looking forward to making a splash with you this fall!

Grab your family and join your FIT4MOM village for a fun-filled day celebrating all things fall at Lehner's Pumpkin Farm on Sunday, October 4th!

From exciting attractions to classic fall favorites, there's something for everyone to enjoy. With 40+ farm fun activities included in your admission, it's the perfect way to make memories with your little ones and connect with other FIT4MOM families outside of class.

Moms and littles will head to Gables of Westerville dressed in their Halloween costumes for a festive parade through the nursing home. We’ll walk, wave, and show off our costumes while bringing some smiles and Halloween spirit to the residents. ❤️

After the parade, we’ll head over to Hillary’s house to keep the fun going! Littles can play while moms hang out, chat, and enjoy some time together.
