Join us for a morning of connection and some adorable pictures. Kristen will share the gallery once it's ready. From there each mama can pick one picture at no cost as a gift from Kristen. Additional pictures will be available to purchase. This year our photos will be separate from class. We encourage you not to stress and to still look at these as a day in the life photos.

Join us for a special pre-class Maternal Mental Health Chat with Dr. Shannon Gillespie before our FIT4BABY class.

Dr. Gillespie is a licensed psychologist specializing in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, with over 10 years of experience supporting children and parents across children’s hospital settings throughout Ohio. She brings extensive expertise from her work in the NICU, where she has supported families navigating traumatic births, prematurity, complex medical needs, and loss. She is also a certified perinatal mental health provider with additional training in paternal mental health and compassionate bereavement care.

This supportive session is a space to learn, connect, and better understand maternal mental health during pregnancy and beyond.

Not sure about loose parts? Join us for a special playdate designed for little ones to explore, create, and move in their own way—hosted in partnership with Ivybrook Academy!

Instead of traditional gym equipment, children will engage with open-ended materials like boxes, planks, fabric, and tubes that can be built with, combined, and reimagined in endless ways. This kind of play gives kids the freedom to experiment, problem-solve, and connect with others while following their own curiosity.

Every child’s experience will look different, and that’s the magic of it! While the little ones play, moms can connect, chat, and enjoy time together as part of our FIT4MOM village.
