Why Body Well? Brittanie's Story.

Obviously as a Body Well Coach, I am super passionate about our program. As a coach, I love the experience of coming alongside people and helping them reach their goals. These goals can be anything from improving a strength move, losing inches, eating differently, or even becoming better about sleep or self care (which as a mom, don't we all need that?!)

I am a deep connections kind of person and Body Well gives me the opportunity to get to know people and their lives, check in, and love on people when they need it through all of the ups and downs of their journey. I love what I do and am constantly finding ways to grow more in my role with supplemental training. Recently, I chose to put myself in the shoes of all of our Body Well mamas and take a full Body Well session myself.

It helped me find an even greater passion for the program. I learned so much about what works and what doesn't to help future sessions. What I loved most about taking the session is that Body Well sets you up to help make the bigger changes you want to accomplish easier. Because it's an 8 week program you create micro goals to get to that larger goal. I found that by taking these baby steps, when I got to the end of the 8 weeks, continuing to implement these changes did not feel hard anymore; I could jump right into the next week in the same lifestyle without the accountability, knowing that it wasn't too big for me to do anymore. The workouts are challenging, the company is good, and I have never felt physically stronger in my life. I hope everyone gets a chance to experience the differences Body Well can make on those who have goals they want to achieve and just need the solid community and the push to get started.

Our last Body Well group lost over 24 in! They gained 30 squat jumps. 5 push-ups. 41 v-sit presses. 75 high knees. 21 bicep curls. 18 plank walks. And a total of over 18in in their flexibility test. They gained knowledge and new skills that are maintainable in their day to day mom life. They learned about whole foods and fueling their body properly. About ways to boost their confidence. They gained a sense of strength and endurance. Deeper connections with their fellow Body Well moms. And so much more that we will never be able to put into words.
