Our Run Club+ program will help you safely train for a 5K, 10K or half marathon (with or without your stroller); even if you've never run a day in your life. The 8-week program allows you to train on your time with the support and accountability of the other moms in Run Club+.

FAQ'S

"Do I need running experience to join?"

NOPE! Whether you've never run a 5k before or you've run a bunch and want to improve your time - Run Club+ is for you! We meet you exactly where you are with a training plan that is right for you.

"How much running is involved?"

No matter your training plan, you can expect to run 3-4 times a week. How long each run is, will vary. You can choose to run these in or outdoors.

"I don't love running, but I want to. Is Run Club+ for me?"

YES! During the 8 weeks, you'll have the support, motivation, and accountability from your coach and other local moms focusing on their own running goals. And if there's one thing that I know is that when a group of moms gets together, fun is always had.

"What if I can't make all of the group runs?"

THAT'S OKAY! The great thing about Run Club+ is that you can run solo, wherever, and whenever you'd like!

"Can I bring my kid(s) to the group runs?"

YES! No childcare needed! Run Club+ is stroller-friendly!
