This Week Is For You If...
You're feeling:
- Lonely. You're doing motherhood basically alone and you're desperate for real mom friends
- Overwhelmed. Cold lunches, interrupted showers, no breaks, and no one who truly gets it
- Lost. You don't recognize yourself anymore and you're not sure how to feel like "you" again
- Stuck. You want to move your body but have no idea how to make that happen with kids
- Guilty. You yelled again today and you're afraid your kids will remember you stressed and angry
If you felt any of that, you're in the right place.
Your village is waiting. ❤️
What Is Find Your Village Week?
A completely free week of classes. All of them. Bring your kids. No strings attached.
You can try one class or come to every single one. Monday? Great. Friday? Perfect. Every day? Even better. Whatever works for your life.
This isn't about selling you something.
It's about showing you what it feels like to not do motherhood alone.
To have moms who hand you toys instead of judgment when your toddler melts down.
To move your body without worrying if you "look ready" or if you can "keep up."
To walk away feeling lighter — not because you burned calories, but because you didn't feel alone.
That's what this week is about.
What to Expect (Real Talk)
👥 Real Moms
Not fitness models. Not "I have it all together" moms. Just regular women who are trying their best and probably feel just like you.
👶 Kids Are Actually Welcome
Toddler meltdown? Baby crying? We've got toys, we've got patience, and we've got you. Nobody's judging. We've all been there.
💪 Options for Everyone
Haven't worked out in years? Neither had some of us when we started. Step-out jacks instead of jumping jacks. Stroller walking instead of running. We meet you where you are.
❤️ Zero Pressure
This isn't a hard sell. It's an invitation. Come to one class. Come to five. See if this feels like your place. No obligation. No guilt.
🤝 Actual Community
This is where you meet your people. The moms who get why you cried in the Target parking lot. The ones who understand what "touched out" means. Your village.
The Schedule
Drop in to any class that works for you. Just let us know you're coming.
Each day has a different vibe, but they all have the same goal: connection + movement + support.

Your Questions, Answered
Q: What if I can't keep up?
A: You don't have to. We have options for everything. Seriously. Step-out jacks, march in place, take a water break — whatever you need. Nobody's here to judge your fitness level.
Q: What if my kid cries the whole time?
A: Then they cry. We've all been there. We'll hand you toys, not judgment. And if you need to step out for a minute to soothe them, that's totally okay.
Q: What if I don't know anyone?
A: Neither did anyone else on their first day. That's literally the point of this week — meeting people who get your life.
Q: What if I haven't worked out in years?
A: Same. Most of us hadn't when we started. This isn't about being fit. It's about moving your body and feeling less alone.
Q: Do I need to sign up or RSVP?
A: We'd love an RSVP so we can give you a free week. Fill out the form below so we know to expect you, but there's zero commitment.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Comfortable clothes, workout shoes, water, your kids, and that's it. We've got everything else (including extra toys and extra patience).
Q: What if I can't afford to join after the free week?
A: This week is free no matter what happens next. If you love it and want to stay, we'll talk about options that work for your family. Zero pressure.
Q: What if I'm really nervous?
A: That means you're human. Everyone's nervous their first time. But I promise: the second you walk in, you'll realize these are your people.

What Moms Are Saying
"I joined Fit4Mom Columbus North just before the pandemic hit in 2020. Such a scary time to not only be a mom of young babies, but I was also pregnant at the time But Fit4Mom was something that I didn’t know that I needed in my life. Postpartum depression really hit me hard with my 2nd baby. These classes and this group of women made it worth it to get out of bed and come to class. It has helped me through my low-lows but also celebrated with me on my high-highs. If you are even slightly interested in coming to class, just come and try it out. I was so scared&intimidated to come to my first class back in 2019, but the instructor and other mamas were so nice and helpful! And now I’m still here." - Hillary, now a mom of 4
"Looking for a community during your journey into motherhood? Look no further! I’ve been apart of this village for over 5 years and it’s made a huge difference in my experience of motherhood. I’ve been able to maintain my identity as more than a mom and keep exercising, despite the challenges parenthood throws at you. I love the people I’ve met and value being able to come as I am to events I can look forward to. The basis of this village is build on membership to the fitness classes but there are opportunities for engagement at all ages, stages, and economic levels of motherhood with play dates, book club, 'mom’s night out,' classes for a variety of fitness levels, an online 'advice without judgment' community and more. Hope to see you there!" -Kate, mom of 2
"Supportive environment, love that most of the in person classes are in parks, there are virtual options, really reasonable price, and half of the workouts you can bring your baby so don't have to get childcare." -Michelle, mom of 2
