What if I need to cancel my membership?

The Membership Cancellation/Hold Request Form must be completed and submitted at least 14 days prior to the 1st of the month in which you wish to cancel your membership. Failure to submit this form within the requested timeframe will result in the monthly auto-charge for your membership on the 1st of the month. There are no refunds on your membership once monthly payment has been processed. A copy of the policies can be found on the website.
